2. Nature of our marketplace

Nuvi Kidz sells two categories of products on the Site:

• In-house products: designed, manufactured, or sourced and sold directly by Nuvi Kidz.
• Third-party brand products: products from other brands that Nuvi Kidz lists and sells on the Site, either on our own inventory or in coordination with the respective brand.

Regardless of which category a product falls under, Nuvi Kidz is your point of contact for orders, payments, shipping, returns, and grievances placed through this Site, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrectly displayed price, with a full refund if payment was already made.
• We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available).

5. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product details (images, sizing, materials, and pricing) accurately. Minor variations in colour (due to screen display) or packaging may occur. Please refer to our size guide before ordering, as garment measurements may vary slightly between styles.

6. Orders & order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email/SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

7. Shipping, cancellations, returns & refunds

Governed by our Shipping & Cancellation Policy and Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Nuvi Kidz name, logo, product photography, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Nuvi Kidz and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

9. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Nuvi Kidz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and rules made under it.

11. Grievance redressal

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
